When you’re feeling upside down, do everything upside down. For example, it is 5:42 am and you can’t sleep because your stomach feels like it’s caving in on itself and you have to drink a gallon of water but then you have to go to the bathroom six times. 

So stay up. Drink water and read a book. In the morning eat ice cream for breakfast. Smoke a bowl. Take a bubble bath. Take a nap. 

In the afternoon clean the house and drink a pot of coffee. At night you will feel your stomach cave in on itself. Rinse and repeat.
